The Vibrational Health Institute® requires all users of the materials provided through its classes, symposiums and presentations, either live, digitized or conveyed via the internet, to comply with all state and federal laws including copyright laws. Internet Violations

Allegations of copyright infringement by Vibrational Health Institute® users that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 11, Section 512(c)(3) will be investigated. When a valid notification of claimed infringement is received by Vibrational Health Institute®, appropriate action will be taken. If Vibrational Health Institute® determines that any users have infringed copyrights of others on a repeat basis, the offending user’s access to online services may be terminated. Vibrational Health Institute® reserves the right to choose how to address or respond to any allegation of copyright infringement received, including, without limitation, the choice of any defense under applicable law.
